"Long Tail" of industries - will the structure of the economy have to change?
According to the McKinsey article in my blog most IP rich industries have a "Long Tail" structure, with the wealth concentrated in the hands of the few, similar to the music industry and it's Top Hits. Could we infer that, just as the music industry is changing, the structure of the industries and the economy will?
